This two-day workshop will be looking at the most effective statistical techniques to aid you in your forecasting role. Developed as a comprehensive primer to practical forecasting, the instructor will walk you through the process, analysing and treating data, and enable you to prepare forecasts which would be easily understandable to decision makers.

The accompanying Business Forecasting book provides further elaboration of the concepts covered in the workshop including additional chapters for advanced forecasting. It also includes case studies to illustrate demand, sales and statistical forecasting. As part of the course, ForecastX, a powerful forecasting add-on to Microsoft Excel is provided to each participant, so you can immediately apply what is learnt into your own forecasting activities.
